We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals. This role involves managing the full sales process, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with our technical and commercial departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow a portfolio of prospective buyers for residential properties.

· Conduct property presentations and on-site viewings with clients.

· Collaborate closely with the technical and marketing departments to align offerings with client needs.

· Track sales performance and work toward achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

· Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, promotional events, and client meetings.

· Assist international clients (including Golden Visa investors) throughout the entire purchase process.

Basic Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within a construction or development company.

· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong command of English (written and spoken)

· Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and general computer applications.

· Good understanding of property trends and real estate market conditions in central Athens.

· Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.

· Preferred: Previous experience working with international clients, particularly Golden Visa investors.

· Appreciation of architectural aesthetics and construction quality.
