We are currently recruiting for our client, a leading global outsourcing and customer experience company, supporting one of the world’s most recognised entertainment and streaming platforms with its customer care operations.
As part of the team, you will support customers using the platform, helping them resolve questions and issues and ensuring they receive a high-quality customer experience.

🎧 Your responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, your daily responsibilities will include:
● Providing professional customer support via phone, email and/or chat
● Assisting customers with questions regarding their accounts and subscriptions
● Troubleshooting technical and account-related issues
● Helping customers navigate and use the platform and its services
● Handling billing and payment-related questions
● Investigating and resolving customer complaints

💰 Salary & Benefits
● €1,200–€1,500+ gross/month, depending on the language and specific project
● Performance bonuses, depending on the project and individual performance
● Full-time employment with a Greek employment contract
● Paid monthly

🏠 Work Model
Depending on the project and language, positions may be available:
🏢 On-site: Work from the client’s offices in Athens, Greece.
🏡 Remote: Some projects offer the possibility to work remotely from Greece.
The exact working model will depend on the language and project you are considered for.

🕐 Working Hours
The projects operate with rotational schedules, so flexibility regarding working hours is required.
You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, with schedules organised according to the specific project requirements.

✈️Relocation to Greece
Candidates currently living outside Greece are welcome to apply.
For eligible candidates relocating to Greece, relocation support is available, which may include:
● ✈️ Flight ticket to Greece
● 🏨 Temporary accommodation upon arrival
● 🏠 Support with finding permanent accommodation
● Assistance with the relocation process and settling in Greece

👤 Requirements
● Fluent/native-level in any of the above languages
● Good level of English
● Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not always required
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Customer-oriented approach
● Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
● Flexibility to work rotational schedules
● For remote positions: ability to work independently from home
