Key Responsibilities
• Drive and expand sales of the company’s residential properties in Balkan markets
• Develop and manage partnerships with real estate agencies, brokers, and investment representatives across Greece and Balkan countries (priority markets)
• Conduct presentations, consultations, negotiations, and deal closing with both private clients and partner networks
• Participate in and organize regional and international real estate expos, trade fairs, and business networking events
• Analyze market trends and provide structured sales reports and strategic insights to management
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and long-term relationship management
• Design scalable sales processes, standards, and frameworks as the foundation for a future sales department

Requirements
• Based in Greece (Thessaloniki / Halkidiki strongly preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in international real estate (developer or agency)
• Demonstrated track record of closing cross-border deals
• Experience working with Balkan markets (e.g., Serbia, Scopje/North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, etc) is a major advantage and may be a decisive factor
• Strong communication and confident spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with performance targets
• Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel for property showings and partner meetings
Preferred Qualifications
• Existing network of partner agencies or investment brokers in the Balkans
• Additional languages are preferred (Serbian, Bulgarian, Romanian, etc)
• Experience in developing sales strategies from scratch
