Head of International Sales (Real Estate Developer) – Greece (Thessaloniki / Halkidiki)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: €1,500/month fixed + KPI-based performance bonuses (under discussion)

About the Company
We are a real estate development company actively expanding into international markets with residential projects in Greece. Our focus is building a strong cross-border sales ecosystem involving partner agencies, investment representatives, and direct clients from the EU, Balkans, Middle East, Asian and African markets.

We are looking for a Head of International Sales, who will be responsible for developing and leading the entire sales function — from market strategy to building a scalable sales department.
This role is intended for candidates who are ready to step into full leadership responsibility and influence business growth at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Sales Development
• Develop and execute international sales strategy for the company’s residential real estate portfolio
• Identify, open, and grow priority regional markets (Balkans, EU, CIS, Middle East — depending on candidate’s experience)
• Manage sales operations, pipelines, forecasts, and performance reporting
Partner Network Expansion
• Build and expand partnerships with real estate agencies, investment brokers, and representative offices
• Develop onboarding programs, materials, and sales standards for partner networks
Team & Process Leadership
• Design scalable sales processes, scripts, CRM workflows, KPIs, and service standards
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a multi-market sales team
• Implement structured performance management and continuous improvement practices
Client Interaction & Deal Execution
• Conduct high-level presentations, negotiations, and deal supervision (particularly complex or strategic deals)
• Ensure world-class customer experience and long-term loyalty programs
Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, investor sentiment
• Prepare analytical recommendations to management and contribute to strategic planning

Language Requirements:
• Russian, English, and Greek fluency is required (both spoken and written). Candidates without proficiency in all three languages will not be considered

Requirements
• Based in Greece (Thessaloniki / Halkidiki preferable)
• 5+ years of experience selling international residential real estate (development or brokerage)
• Proven experience closing cross-border transactions
• Demonstrated experience building or leading a sales team / sales processes from scratch
• Strong negotiating and presentation skills, confident sales leadership profile
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel for site visits and partner meetings

Preferred Qualifications
• Existing network of international real estate partner agencies and investment representatives
• Experience representing developers at international exhibitions and roadshows
