💼 Your Role & Impact:
As an HR Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our HR processes — ensuring seamless support for our people and operations, while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

✅ Your responsibilities will include:
Support day-to-day HR operations
Handling all necessary declarations through ERGANI
Update and manage employee data in Scan HRMS
Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation in line with legal and internal requirements
Liaise with payroll and other departments to ensure smooth processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws
Support employees and respond to HR-related inquiries
Monitor KPIs and assist in the preparation of HR reports
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in HR Administration or HR Operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field
Strong knowledge of Greek labor law
Excellent command of Greek & English (written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of ERGANI
Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS (e.g. Scan HRMS)
Organizational skills, attention to detail & strong ethics
