We are seeking for a talented IT Support Engineer

Duties of the IT Support Engineer

Provide technical support to customers via calls, ticketing system, emails and on-site
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues (PCs, printers, tablets, scanners e.t.c)
Install and configure software applications
Monitor and manage local network connections
Perform routine diagnostic checks
Ensure all requests are documented, tracked and resolved in a timely manner
Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation

Requirements of the role

Degree from University/Technical Institute/IEK in Computer Science or a related field
Experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
Understanding of networking technologies (VoIP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN concepts)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
Strong analytical thinking and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Results-oriented mindset
